Hair micro-transplant

Hair loss affects men and women of all ages. A source of stress and anxiety, it has prompted medical specialists to seek solutions that are effective, natural, simple and permanent, which improve baldness while restoring confidence

The autologous capillary implant surgical technique entails removing hair from dense areas and implanting them in sparse areas. Respect for hair direction and configuration ensures that natural and flexible appearance is maintained during regrowth.

In the vast majority of cases, the technique of microtransplantation is used on patients with androgenic alopecia. It is also an excellent indication for cicatricial, traumatic, accidental and post-surgical alopecia. Hair loss in women is also an excellent indication.

Duration of treatment

The process is out-patient and not very painful. It is carried out under local anaesthesia over the course of 4 to 5 hours for an implantation of 1,200 grafts, i.e. between 3,000 and 4,000 hairs. There is no post-operational pain but there is a feeling of tension in the suture that lasts 48 to 72 hours. The sutures are removed after 10 days.

The implanted hairs are definitive and natural; they no longer fall out because they are taken from the occipital zone where hair does not fall out. The results of regrowth are already visible after two months but become more spectacular over time.

« I started losing my hair at the age of 25 and didn't handle it well. I grew it out to hide the clearing forming on the top of my head and on my two temples. I began wearing a cap as soon as I could. »
