ARTICLE 1 - PRICE OF AN E-CONSULTATION AND PAYMENT
1.1 - Any person placing an order for an e-consultation on our site declares themselves to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to do so, or parental authorisation allowing him/her to do so.
1.2 - The price of an e-consultation is fixed, and is indicated in CHF, including VAT, which corresponds to one 20-minute consultation via FaceTime.
1.3 - All e-consultation orders are payable immediately by credit card.
1.4 - All personal data will be regarded by the Matignon Clinic as confidential. The consultation via FaceTime is not recorded; however, the information conveyed during the consultation will be noted in a medical file kept by the Matignon Clinic.
1.5 - The Matignon Clinic undertakes to contact the client within 48 hours (business days) from receipt of payment confirmation to arrange an appointment for the e-consultation, provided that all the information included in the order is valid.
1.6 - The Matignon Clinic cannot guarantee the client’s choice for the date of the e-consultation, but will do everything possible according to its availabilities.
1.7 - During an e-consultation, the Matignon Clinic will in no case make a medical diagnosis, but will give advice and provide information within its field of expertise.
1.8 - In the event of cancellation by the client, after payment, with no valid reason, no refund may be requested. A written request must be sent to email@example.com and following a review, a discount voucher on a treatment of an equivalent amount, a deduction in treatment costs, may possibly be obtained.
ARTICLE 2 - PAYMENT BY INTERNET
2.1 - Instant payment methods are limited to the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD.
2.2 - The Matignon Clinic has entrusted its online payment system to SixPay, a provider specialised in online payment security. This provider guarantees total confidentiality of your banking data, protected by the SSL protocol, which systematically checks the validity of access rights during your credit card payment and encrypts all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality.
ARTICLE 3 - CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
3.1 - When you tick the box, "I have read, understood and accept these general terms, I wish to reserve an e-consultation" when selecting the payment method, you are stating that you accept these conditions without reservation.
ARTICLE 4 - E-CONSULTATION
4.1 - The e-consultation via FaceTime can take place only when the Matignon Clinic receives the duly completed e-consultation order form as well as the payment confirmation from SixPay.
ARTICLE 5 - PRACTICAL INFORMATION AND RULES
5.1 - As a general rule, we recommend that you order your e-consultations at least 10 days before the day on which you wish to have the appointment.
5.2 - During the e-consultation, clients undertake to respect the standards of courtesy.
ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION or INTERRUPTION
6.1 - An e-consultation cannot be refunded or exchanged for another treatment, except in the case that it is impossible to find a suitable date for both the client and the Matignon Clinic.
6.2 - In the event of interruption of the e-consultation by the doctor of the Matignon Clinic due to a medical emergency, a new appointment will be offered to the client.
6.3 - In the event of interruption of the e-consultation due to a connection problem, the Matignon Clinic will not be held responsible and will in no way be obligated to extend the meeting.
ARTICLE 7- APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
7.1 - These general terms of sale are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Neuchâtel.
