Duties and responsibilities

  • Clinic opens and closes according to schedule
  • Welcoming and caring for patients right from the waiting room
  • Telephone, physical and e-mail support (information, answering questions, etc.)
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling for doctors and technicians
  • Pre-information and advice on the various treatments available, according to the patient’s needs
  • Preparation and collection of invoices for doctors and technicians
  • Various administrative tasks (cash register control, daily, weekly and monthly closing, as well as statistics requested by Accounting)
  • Transmission and information to staff (technician and physician) on treatment schedule compliance
  • Preparation of the infrastructure required by the medical staff: tidying and preparation of customer files.
  • Good patient record keeping
  • Participation in meetings organized by management
  • Helping to manage stock and prepare orders for medical equipment and cosmetics with the technician
  • Perform various organizational tasks, according to schedule (laundry, toilet cleaning, reception, waiting room, break area)
  • Communication of any malfunction to operational management
  • All tasks requested by management as part of its mission.
  • Availability for further training


Your profile

  • Experience in managing a reception area
  • Prior activity in the aesthetics, beauty and well-being sector
  • Strong interest in the sector
  • Perfect command of French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Highly developed team spirit
  • Natural listening and empathy
  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability (in a fast-moving, reactive SME)
  • Locally based and fully integrated into local life
