Fraxel® is a fractional laser.
For Glazed Skin, it uses its surface wavelength, 1927 nm.
It creates micro-treatment zones on the skin’s surface, which stimulate skin renewal.
The skin then regenerates, improving texture, dark spots, and radiance.
A preliminary medical consultation determines the settings best suited to your skin. On the day of the procedure: 30 minutes of numbing cream, 30 minutes of laser treatment, followed by 10 minutes at the clinic to soothe the sensation of heat.
For those 25 and older, with uneven skin texture, enlarged pores, sun- or hormone-induced dark spots, or the first signs of aging.
Redness and slight swelling may occur for 24 to 48 hours. The skin may then peel slightly for a few days—this is a sign of skin renewal. SPF 50+ sunscreen is essential for the following days. The Dr. Patricia Delarive Clarity Drops 305 treatment takes over at home.
Glazed Skin includes 1 Fraxel® session. Depending on your skin type and goals, a personalized treatment plan may be recommended during your consultation.
Our Fraxel®-trained technicians, following the parameters established during the medical consultation. Like all Matignon technologies, the Fraxel® laser was selected by our panel of physicians.
