Biography
With a BTS in aesthetics and cosmetics, supplemented by experience as manager of a team of 10 people, I naturally found my place at Matignon Lausanne City, where I thrive in the role of coordinator.
What’s my day-to-day job? Orchestrate the clinic’s administrative and logistical organization, while ensuring that every patient receives a warm and attentive welcome. I’m convinced that the quality of an aesthetic treatment depends as much on the medical procedure as on the patient’s overall experience.
My aim is simple: to make every day run smoothly, so that every patient feels expected, understood and supported at every stage of their care. Dynamic and organized, I make it a point of honor to ensure that every visit is reassuring, smooth and pleasant.
