Your mission:
At the heart of a fast-growing structure, you will provide operational management support for our entities with an agile division of your time (approx. 70% CLM and 20% Matignon Group Schweiz AG).
This position is a real springboard. As well as providing operational support, you’ll become the right-hand man to the Accounting Manager and Group Finance Director.
- Operational management: Complete supplier accounting, entry of general journal entries (purchases, banks) and active participation in monthly and annual closings.
- Coordination and support: You will ensure a smooth interface between the clinic and the external accountant already in place. You prepare the elements and act as internal support for financial flows.
- Innovation & AI: You actively participate in modernizing our processes by integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions to optimize service efficiency.
- State-of-the-art tools : You work daily with Sage Infoniqa and Billbox to ensure reliable data processing.
Mission spirit :
We’re looking for a proactive personality, able to juggle the technical rigor of data entry with the intellectual curiosity needed to optimize systems. Your ability to communicate in English and your facility with new technologies will be the keys to your success and your development within the Group.
Profile required:
- Experience:3 years minimum in a similar position (confirmed junior level).
- Training: Accounting diploma (CFC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Digital fluency:An interest in AI-related topics and an excellent command of Excel and accounting software.
- Languages:Professional command of French and English (essential for the. German is an asset.
- Mobility:Ability to travel to Zurich about once a month.
- Soft Skills :Thoroughness, reliability, team spirit and a positive, professional attitude.
